Time Requirements
Cultivate training has been designed to allow each participant to choose how much time they invest in the process. The more time and energy each participant invests in training, the more they will learn and grow, however, each participant must weigh the benefits of training with their specific goals and competing demands. The following table provides some guidelines on the time required to participate in the various aspect of Cultivate training.

Registration Cost?
Cultivate training costs are as follows:
| Training only: | $75 per month or $595 |
| Includes access to all online resources for you and your church as well as participation in the live webinars and group discussions for one person. | |
| Training with 1-on-1 coaching monthly: | $100 per month or $789 |
| Includes the online training plus one 60 minute coaching session per month via phone or web with an ELI Church Planting coach. | |
| Training with 1-on-1 coaching 2x a month: | $150 per month or $1189 |
| Includes the online training plus two 60 minute coaching sessions per month via phone or web with an ELI Church Planting coach. | |
Coaching
Cultivate participants are strongly encouraged to establish a one-on-one coaching relationship with an experienced church planter or church planting coach who will:
• Encourage your ongoing skill development
• Provide accountability for timelines, tasks and milestones
ELI can connect you with a planting coach who is experienced in starting a church out of the culture. If you already have a coach, ELI can provide your coach with access to our online learning system so they can monitor your progress through the curriculum.
