What is it?
Cultivate is an 8 month online learning experience that will prepare you to start, grow and multiply a church out of the culture by implementing ELI’s Out of the Culture process.
As a participant, you will:
- Learn the Biblical truths that guide the formation of a new church.
- Develop a working strategy for starting and leading a church that reaches people far from God.
- Receive tools and resources to help you start a new church.
- Implement effective rhythms of relationships, community and service in your life and ministry.
- Connect with like-minded leaders to share your ideas and sharpen your skills.
Who is it for?
Cultivate is for leaders who want to start a church out of the culture – a church that reaches imperfect people and helps them become all God intended them to be. Cultivate will benefit leaders who are:
- Getting ready to plant
- In the process of planting
- Have recently planted
